I want to buy an item, how do I proceed?
You can simply just click on the paypal button below and we will send you the invoice as soon as we can! Alternatively if you wish to purchase more items or you are using another mode of payment such as Maybank or United Overseas Bank, you can also email us on what items you want and we will invoice you as soon as we can.

Do you accept international orders?
Why yes! We have sent orders to the United Kingdom and are looking forward to sending our items to more countries!

Are the sizes adjustable on your items?
Well, the necklace size ranges from 15inch – 17inch so we are sure it fits pretty much most necks! For the bracelets it’s about a 7 inch, give and take. If you are still worried about it fitting your neck whether it be too big or too small, do drop us an email to enquire if it can be adjusted to fit your neck/wrist. We are unable to guarantee that we are able to adjust the sizes on the items that have already been produced. However we will try our best to fit your needs.

Are your designs exclusive world wide? / Will there be another person wearing the exact same piece as I am?
Rest assured that we only produce one piece per design. There will not be another exact same piece. However if there is a request, it will be designed similar to the one desired. Marilyn May Couture prides itself on exclusivity! We believe that every lady deserves to own something that no one else has.

How do I pay you?
For local orders in Malaysia and Singapore, we accept payments into our Maybank and United Overseas Bank accounts respectively.

For international orders we accept Paypal payments only. Rest assured at no stage during the payments that we are able to see your personal and banking card details. They will remain secure at all stages of your transaction. Should you have any problems while processing the payment, let us know as we will try our best to sort it out for you.

How will you send the items to me?
For delivery within Malaysia, we will use Poslaju delivery and the price starts from RM7.00.

For Singapore and international customers, we will use Singpost Registered mail. Prices for international delivery starts from SGD6.00 and SGD4.00 for delivery within Singapore.

Cash on Delivery is not available in both Singapore and Malaysia [unless I know you personally!]

I saw something that I really like but it’s sold? How now brown cow?

Well…………….. that’s just bad luck. LOL! No I’m joking. Let us know if you really like it and we will try to remake something similar to it, it wouldn’t be exactly the same as they are all handmade! This is of course provided that we still have the materials. If the materials used for the item has run out, we will try to suggest alternative materials for your consideration.

Goodness gracious! My parcel isn’t here yet!
Don’t worry. We will provide you with the tracking number and you can track it on your own.

As the items are delivered via Registered Mail, please take note that a signature will be required upon receipt. So if there is no one home to sign for it, your postman will usually leave a delivery attempt notice form with all the instructions for collection and/or how to rearrange a delivery.

I can’t wait for the items! How long will they reach?!
These are approximate transit times for registered mail based on Poslaju’s estimated time delivery:
Peninsula Malaysia : 1 to 3 business* days
East Malaysia : 3 to 5 business*
These are approximate transit times for registered mail based on SingPost’s estimated time delivery:
Singapore – 2 business* days
Asia Pacific – 5 to 7 business* days
UK – 5 to 9 business* days
Europe – 6 to 12 business* days
USA, Middle East – 8 to 14 business* days

You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including the article registration number if applicable. For international deliveries, please expect delays in transit times and customs clearance during peak holiday seasons, inclement weather or times of heightened security.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 4 weeks or 18 business* days, please let us know so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.

*Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and designated Malaysia and Singapore public holidays as well as national holidays in your own country.

Please take note that we are not responsible for items lost during delivery. Once it leaves our hands at the post office, we are free! Haha, but yes, unfortunately if it really is lost, let us know and we will work something out.

What kind of materials do you use?
We use a wide variety of choices, ranging from precious stones, semi-precious stones, pearls, Swarovski crystals, Czech crystals, seed beads, sea glass, acrylic beads etc. We like to mix things up as they provide us with a bigger range of designs and colours!

Can you design it to suit my personality?
Yes of course! You just need to tell what you are looking for eg. Necklace, bracelet, earrings etc. and also tell us your favourite colour or what kind of stones you are looking for. We will sketch something out for your and we can negotiate on the designs until you are satisfied. Payment has to be done first before we can commence on the production of your special piece!

Does your item come wrapped?
Yes of course it does! It will come a box to protect your fragile jewellery and it will be foam wrapped for extra security!

What if I want to give it as a gift? Can you deliver it to another address?
Yes we can! Just drop us a note after payment on who you want it delivered to, the address and also the contact number. If you wish to leave them a note, do let us know too and we will write it down in a card for you!

I have sensitive skin, will I get allergy reactions wearing your items?
We mostly use stainless steel, rhodium and 14k Gold plated materials. Unless, you’re allergic to them, or stones and acrylic, you should be fine.

Are your items free of animal testing?
Well, the dogs aren’t very good with the pliers, so I never let them touch my stuff when I’m working too. That, and that they don’t really like jewellery that much ‘cause they can’t eat them. So I don’t bother! LOL.

I really like this piece that I saw somewhere, can you make it for me?

Yes we can make inspired pieces, but we are unable to make it exactly the same. Just send us the picture and we will try to work something out.

Can I get discounts?
Ah…. The ultimate question that is on everyone’s mind.

It works this way:

If you buy 1 item, no discount, boo hoo.
If you buy 2 items, you get a 5% off.
If you buy 3 items and above, you get 10% off.

It also works this way:

If you take a picture of the jewellery that you have purchased from us before and give us an amazing review [looooool], you get a 5 % off the next time you purchase for every photo with the item taken!

It’s that easy!

I like to wear my jewellery in sets. Can you do them?
Why of course! We only have to check if the supplies are still available and we’re good to go!

If I have the stones can you design something for me?
Yes we can! Just that you have to bear the postage of the stones to us, and also back to you once it’s done [double the postage!] we will charge workmanship fees accordingly and it will have to be paid prior to the commencement of the works.

I have old pieces of jewellery which needs fixing. Can you help?
Unless the jewellery came from us, we are sorry that we are unable to help you fix it.

I have a party/dinner to go to. If I show you the dress, can you design something for me?
Yes of course, we will sketch the design out beforehand to your satisfaction! Do let us know what kind of style you are going for and also let us see your beautiful face so we can see if the design is suitable for you!

I want a refund/exchange. Is this possible?
No, unfortunately not. We are only able to repair it for you within 7 days of receipt of the item and only if it is faulty. Please take note that sender has to bear all postage charges when sending back item for repairs to and fro. We do our QCs before the product is sent out, however, we are not perfect people so there might be imperfections in our work so our customers are entitled to have it fixed absolutely free sans the postage fees.

I’m broke and I’m not paid yet! Can you reserve the item for me?
Yes we can, until the stipulated date! Unless there is another buyer, we will keep it for you till you are able to pay us! See how amazing we are? LOL

Can I use your picture on my blog?
Yes you may, but please inform us beforehand and also give us credits and also link us in the picture!

Do you have a shop which we can go to?
Unfortunately no L this is an online retailer so you can just sit back, relax and browse all day long! J

Why are the shapes and colour of the gemstones uneven?
I love using stones with natural inclusions in them, and each piece is unique in its own way! I also love how the stones are different from each other. This way we can see that they are real gemstones!

Do you have a catalogue where I can browse through?
Unfortunately we updated our items too often for a catalogue to be produced and we only do exclusive pieces. So once its off the shelf, it’s unlikely that we will remake them unless on request!
